THE JAMAICA GAZETTE SUPPLEMENT PROCLAMATIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS 14B Vol. CXXI No. He THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 1998 THE TRADE ACI' No. 6C THE TRADE (LIQUID Cows' MILK) (RESTRICTION OF SALE AND DISTRIBU11ION) ORDER, 1998 In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister by seotion 8 of the Trade Act, the following Order is hereby made: 1. This Order may be cited as the Trade (Liquid Cows' Milk) (Restriction of Sale and Distribution) Order, 1998. 2. No person shall sell (whether by wholesale or retail) liquid cows' milk or package or distribute for sale within Jamaica such liquid milk unless such milk is 100% whole milk. 14F PROCLAMATIONS. lIlULES AND REGULATIONS [FEB. 12. 1998 3. Any person who contravenes the provisions of this Order commits an offence and shall be liable upon summary conviertion in a Resident Magistrate's Court to a fine not exceeding three thousand dollars or to a term of imprisonment with or without hard labour not exceeding twelve months.
