JAMAICA GAZETTE SUPPLEMENT PROCLAMATIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS 669 Vol. CXL TUESDAY, JULY 18, 2017 No. 53 No. 122 THE WILD LIFE PROTECTION ACT THE WILD LIFE PROTECTION (HUNTERS RETURNS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2017 In exercise of the power conferred upon the Natural Resources Conservation Authority by section 14 of the Wild Life Protection Act, the following Regulations are made, with the approval of the Minister:— 1, These Regulations may be cited as the Wild Life Protection (Hunters Returns) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017, and shall be read and construed as one with the Wild Life Protection (Hunters Returns) Regulations, 1999 (hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”) and all amendments thereto. 670 PROCLAMATIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS [JULY 18, 2017 2. The Schedule to the principal Regulations is repealed and replaced with the following— ce SCHEDULE (Paragraph 2) FORM A HUNTERS'S BIRD SHCOTING REPORT FORM THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 31 OF THE RELEVANT YEAR FOLLOWING THE CLOSURE OF THE GAME BIRD SHOOTING SEASON. THERE SHALL BE PAYABLE A LATE FEE OF $5000.00 IN RESPECT OF ANY RETURNS NOT RECEIVED BY DECEMBER 31 OF THE SAME YEAR. NO SUBSEQUENT HUNTER’S LICENCE SHALL BB GRANTED FOR A PERIOD OF 5 YEARS OR UNTIL THE REQUISITE LATE PROCESSING FEE IS PAID, ALI, RETURNS ARE EITHER TO BE MADE DIRECTLY TO THE NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION AUTHORITY, 1? CALEDONIA AVENUE, KINGSTON 5, OR ARE TO BE SENT BY REGISTERED MAIL TO P.O. BOX 207, KINGSTON 5 OR SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY USING THE HUNTING RETURNS PORTAL ON THE WEBSITE OF THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AND PLANNING AGENCY. INSTRUCTIONS: For cach session, please indicate the number of cach type of game bird hunted, the parish you ‘were in and the habitat typo. If you went hunting and did not get any birds indicate zero (0) for each bird type.
