THE ~RR~GAT~ON ACT The Pedro Plains (Beacon/Little Park)(~rrigation Area) Order, 2013 In exercise of the power conferred upon the Minister by section 3 of the Irrigation Act, and of every other power hereunto enabling, the following Order is hereby made: 1. This Order may be ci ted as the Pedro Plains (Beacon/Little Park) (Irrigation Area) Order, 2013. 2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be an irrigation area for the purposes of the Act. 3. The Pedro Plains (Beacon/Little Park) (Irrigation Area) Order, 2006, is revoked. SCHEDULE (Paragraph 2) Pedro Plains (Beacon/Little Park)Irrigation Area Corrunencing at the intersection of Gridlines 69000mE and 41ooomN; proceeding in an easterly direction to the parochial road that links the corrununity of Newell to Beacon; from thence proceed in a northerly direction along the Newell Road to the intersection of the Class "A" Road; thence continuing in a south-easterly direction along the Class "A" Road to where it intersects with Gridline 41ooomN; proceeding in an easterly direction along Gridline 41000mN on to where it intersects with the Round Hill Class "c" Road; thence along the Round Hill Road in a southerly then south-westerly then westerly direction to the Pedro Cross and Class "A" Parochial Road intersection; thence in a westerly direction along the Pedro Cross Road to the Class "c" Road that southerly leads to Rockfield; proceeding along the Treasure Beach Class "c" Road to its intersection with 2 Gridline 72000mEi then in a southerly direction on Gridline 72000mE to the intersection with Gridline 37000mNi thence proceeding west along Gridline 37000mN to the intersection with Gridline 69000mEi thence travelling north along Gridline 69000mE to the start point at the intersection of Gridlines 69000mE and 41ooomN.
