No. 57 THE FISHING INDUSTRY ACT DESIGNATION OF PUBLIC OFFICERS TO ASSIST THE LICENSING AUTHORITY Pursuant to section 4 of the Fishing Industry Act, I hereby designate the following public officers to assist the Licensing Authority The Director of Veterinary Services, Ministry of Agriculture The Chief Technical Director, Ministry of Agriculture A Legal Officer from the Attorney General's Department The Director of the Marine Branch, Fisheries Division, Ministry of Agriculture.
