THE CONCH (EXPORT LEVY) ACT The Conch (Export Levy) (Rate of Levy) Order, 2015 In exercise of the power conferred upon the Minister by section 3(1) (c) (ii) of the Conch (Export Levy) Act, the following Order is hereby made: 1. This Order may be cited as the Conch (Export Levy) (Rate of Levy) Order, 2015. 2. A levy at the rate of seventy-five cents in the currency of the United States of America, or the equivalent in Jamaican currency, per pound of conch is hereby imposed upon conch exported from Jamaica during the 2015 conch season. / 1 fh Dated this G day of , 2015.
