Water Pollution (Code of Good Agricultural Practice) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2014 Article 1 Price code: A Page - 1 R&O.56/2014 WATER POLLUTION (CODE OF GOOD AGRICULTURAL PRACTICE) (AMENDMENT) (JERSEY) ORDER 2014 Made 23rd May 2014 Coming into force 30th May 2014 THE MINISTER FOR PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Articles 16 and 52 of the Water Pollution (Jersey) Law 20001, orders as follows – 1 Amendment of Water Pollution (Code of Good Agricultural Practice) (Jersey) Order 2009 In Article 2(2) of the Water Pollution (Code of Good Agricultural Practice) (Jersey) Order 20092, for the words “shall remain in force for 5 years” there are substituted the words “shall remain in force for 6 years”. 2 Citation and commencement This Order may be cited as the Water Pollution (Code of Good Agricultural Practice) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2014 and comes into force 7 days after it is made.
