Sea Fisheries (Bag Limits) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2017 Article 1 Page - 1 R&O.19/2017 SEA FISHERIES (BAG LIMITS) (AMENDMENT) (JERSEY) ORDER 2017 Made 1st February 2017 Coming into force 2nd February 2017 THE MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Articles 2(4B) and 29 of the Sea Fisheries (Jersey) Law 19941 and Regulation 3 of the Sea Fisheries (Bag Limits) (Jersey) Regulations 20162, orders as follows – 1 Article 1 amended In Article 1 of the Sea Fisheries (Bag Limits) (Jersey) Order 2016 – (a) for paragraph (1)(a) and (b) there shall be substituted the following sub paragraphs – “(a) in the case of bass (Dicentrarchus labrax), 0 fish; (b) in the case of ormer (Haliotis tuberculata), 20 fish; (c) in the case of tope (Galeorhinus galeus), 0 fish.”; (b) in paragraph (2), after the word “bass” there shall be inserted the words “or tope”. 2 Citation and commencement This Order may be cited as the Sea Fisheries (Bag Limits) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2017 and shall come into force on the day after it is made.
