Plant Health (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2014 Article 1 Price code: A Page - 1 R&O.1/2014 PLANT HEALTH (AMENDMENT) (JERSEY) ORDER 2014 Made 3rd January 2014 Coming into force 4th January 2014 THE MINISTER FOR PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Articles 4 and 5 of the Plant Health (Jersey) Law 20031, orders as follows – 1 Interpretation In this Order “principal Order” means the Plant Health (Jersey) Order 20052. 2 Schedule 1 amended In Schedule 1A to the principal Order, in Section 2, for the items under the heading “(c) Fungi” there shall be substituted the following items – “1. Chalara fraxinea T Kowalski, including its teleomorph Hymenoscyphus pseudoalbidus 2. Melampsora medusae Thümen 3. Synchytrium endobioticum (Schilbersky) Percival”. 3 Schedule 3 amended In Schedule 3A to the principal Order, after item 19 there shall be inserted the following item – “20. Plants and plant products of Fraxinus L other than wood without bark or foliage The European Community and third countries”. Article 4 Plant Health (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2014 Page - 2 R&O.1/2014 4 Citation and commencement This Order may be cited as the Plant Health (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2014 and shall come into force the day after it is made.
