Planning and Building (General Development) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2012 Article 1 Price code: A Page - 1 R&O.167/2012 PLANNING AND BUILDING (GENERAL DEVELOPMENT) (AMENDMENT) (JERSEY) ORDER 2012 Made 28th December 2012 Coming into force in accordance with Article 2 THE MINISTER FOR PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Articles 8(3)(a) and 124 of the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 20021, orders as follows – 1 Amendment of Planning and Building (General Development) (Jersey) Order 2011 In Article 1 of the Planning and Building (General Development) (Jersey) Order 20112, the definition “betting office” is deleted. 2 Citation and commencement This Order may be cited as the Planning and Building (General Development) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2012 and comes into force immediately after the Gambling (Jersey) Law 2012 comes into force.
