(2) No such label shall be applied to any vessel, container or package containing any such substance as aforesaid except by a person for the time being authorized by the Minister to do so or otherwise than in accordance with such conditions as the Minister may from time to time determine. (3) The Minister may at any time withdraw any authorization granted as aforesaid. (4) Nothing in this Article shall be deemed to prohibit the use of any substance sold or supplied in a vessel, container or package bearing a label prescribed by the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Sera and Glandular Products) Order of 1939 (of Great Britain) as amended by any other Order, or by any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without further amendment. Article 2 Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Sera and Glandular Products) (Jersey) Order 1958 Page - 6 Revised Edition – 1 January 2006 02.400.42 2 Offences Any person aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring the commission of any breach of the provisions of this Order or of any conditions or requirements of any authority granted under this Order shall be guilty of an offence against this Order. 3 Saving Any authorization granted under the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Sera and Glandular Products) (Jersey) Order 1956,3 and subsisting immediately before the coming into force of this Order shall continue to have effect as though granted under this Order. 4 Citation This Order may be cited as the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Sera and Glandular Products) (Jersey) Order 1958.
