Conservation of Wildlife (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2011 Article 1 Price code: A Page - 1 R&O.106/2011 CONSERVATION OF WILDLIFE (AMENDMENT No. 4) (JERSEY) ORDER 2011 Made 17th August 2011 Coming into force 24th August 2011 THE MINISTER FOR PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Article 23 of the Conservation of Wildlife (Jersey) Law 20001, orders as follows – 1 Conservation of Wildlife (Jersey) Law 2000: Schedules 1, 3 and 4 amended In Part 1 of Schedule 1, in Schedule 3 and in Schedule 4 to the Conservation of Wildlife (Jersey) Law 20002, for the words “Lacerta viridis” there are substituted the words “Lacerta viridis, or Lacerta bilineata”. 2 Citation and commencement This Order may be cited as the Conservation of Wildlife (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2011 and comes into force 7 days after it is made.
