Artificial Insemination of domestic Animals (Bovine Semen) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2012 Article 1 Price code: A Page - 1 R&O.168/2012 ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS (BOVINE SEMEN) (AMENDMENT) (JERSEY) ORDER 2012 Made 28th December 2012 Coming into force 28th December 2012 THE MINISTER FOR PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Article 2 of the Artificial Insemination of Domestic Animals (Jersey) Law 19521, orders as follows – 1 Artificial Insemination of Domestic Animals (Bovine Semen) (Jersey) Order 2008 amended In Article 35 of the Artificial Insemination of Domestic Animals (Bovine Semen) (Jersey) Order 20082 – (a) in paragraph (a) – (i) the second numbered clause (ii) shall be re-numbered as clause (iii), (ii) in clause (iii), for the words “State;” there are substituted the words “State; or”; (b) in paragraph (b), for the words “centre; or” there are substituted the words “centre.”; and (c) paragraph (c) shall be deleted. 2 Citation and commencement This Order may be cited as the Artificial Insemination of Domestic Animals (Bovine Semen) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2012 and shall come into force forthwith.
