Animal Welfare (Temporary Licensing Exemptions) (Revocation) (Jersey) Order 2016 Article 1 Page - 1 R&O.16/2016 ANIMAL WELFARE (TEMPORARY LICENSING EXEMPTIONS) (REVOCATION) (JERSEY) ORDER 2016 Made 12th February 2016 Coming into force 19th February 2016 THE MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Article 16 of the Animal Welfare (Jersey) Law 20041, orders as follows – 1 Order revoked The Animal Welfare (Temporary Licensing Exemptions) (Jersey) Order 20072 is revoked. 2 Citation This Order may be cited as the Animal Welfare (Temporary Licensing Exemptions) (Revocation) (Jersey) Order 2016 and shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
