Animal Health (Amendment of Law and Miscellaneous Revocations) (Jersey) Order 2017 Article 1 Page - 1 R&O.8/2017 ANIMAL HEALTH (AMENDMENT OF LAW AND MISCELLANEOUS REVOCATIONS) (JERSEY) ORDER 2017 Made 24th January 2017 Coming into force 1st February 2017 THE MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Articles 2(2)(a), 3(2) and 32(2) of the Animal Health (Jersey) Law 20161, orders as follows – 1 Schedule 1 amended (1) In Schedule 1 to the Animal Health (Jersey) Law 20162 there shall be inserted in the appropriate alphabetical position, the following entries – “Equine Viral Encephalomyelitis Porcine Epidemic Diarrhoea”. (2) In Schedule 2, Part 1 for the 4 entries beginning “Brucella” there shall be substituted the following entry – “Brucella species.”. 2 Revocations The following Orders are revoked – (a) Artificial Insemination of Domestic Animals (Jersey) Order 20083; (b) Contagious Abortion (Jersey) Order 19584; (c) Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Jersey) Order 19585; (d) Diseases of Animals (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Jersey) Order 20166; (e) Exportation of Horses (Exception) (Jersey) Order 19787; (f) Miscellaneous Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Order 19918; (g) Psittacosis (Jersey) Order 19589. Article 3 Animal Health (Amendment of Law and Miscellaneous Revocations) (Jersey) Order 2017 Page - 2 R&O.8/2017 3 Citation and commencement This Order may be cited as the Animal Health (Amendment of Law and Miscellaneous Revocations) (Jersey) Order 2017 and shall come into force on 1st February 2017.
