LEGGE REGIONALE N. 8 DEL 23-03-2004 REGIONE PIEMONTE Modificazioni alla legge regionale 24 marzo 2000, n. 31 (Disposizioni per la prevenzione e lotta all'inquinamento luminoso e per il corretto impiego delle risorse energetiche). BOLLETTINO UFFICIALE DELLA REGIONE PIEMONTE N. 12 del 25 marzo 2004 SUPPLEMENTO ORDINARIO N. 1 Il Consiglio regionale ha approvato. IL PRESIDENTE DELLA GIUNTA REGIONALE promulga la seguente legge: ARTICOLO 1 1. La lettera c) del comma 1 dell'articolo 7 della legge regionale 24 marzo 2000, n. 31 (Disposizioni per la prevenzione e lotta all'inquinamento luminoso e per il corretto impiego delle risorse energetiche) e' sostituita dalla seguente: "c) gli impianti che impiegano piu' sorgenti luminose complessivamente non superiori a 25 mila lumen;”. Formula Finale: La presente legge regionale sarà pubblicata nel Bollettino Ufficiale della Regione.
