Resolution No. 152 of 1995 amending Law on the Planning Body (No. 74 of 1995)

In accordance with the provisions of Para. (A) of Article (42) of the Constitution. The Re volutionary Command Council had decided to! promulgate the following Law. Law N1o. Article - 4 This Law shall come into force from the Idate of its promulgation. Amendment to the Law of Planning Body No. (U) of 1994 I" Article - 1 The text of Article (2) of the Law of Plann ing Body No, (24) of 1994 shall be cancelled and substituted by the following i, Art;cle - 2 Firstly The Planning Body sh:111 enjoy the jur istic personality and the financial and ad ministrative independence. Secondly - The head of the planning Body shall be in a grade of a minister. A.l.'ticle - 2 The phrase "The Bureau of Head of the Body" shall replace the phrase of (The Bureau of Director of the Body) mentioned in Item (Eleventhly) of the Article (3) and the Item (Firstly) of Article (5) of this Law.l Article - 3 - I The text of Article (7) of the Law shall bel cancelled and substituted by the following: Article (7) - The Head of Planning Body may I issue the necessary instructions to facilitate. the implementation of the provisions of this i Law.
