RESOLUTIONS INSTRUCTIONS Instructions In accordance with the Provisions of Article (18) of Protecting and Improving the Environ ment Law No. (76) of 1986. The Council of Protecting and Improving the Environment have decided to issue the fol lowing Instructions. INSTRUCTIONS NO. (3) OF 1992 TIlE FIRST AM}~NDMENTTO TIlE INSTRUCTIONS No. (1) of 1992 TIlE TRANSMITTING AND SUPPLYING OF POTABLE WATER IN BASIN TANKERS 1- Item (Secondly) of Article (1) of Instruct ions of transmitting and supplying of pota ble water in basin tankers No. (1) of 1992. shall be deleted and the following shall be substituted : "Secondly : The consent of the responsible au thority of the purity of potable water (Amanat Baghdad and Directorates of Water and Sewages in the Governorates) to supply thereof with the required quantities uf water periodically." 2- These Instructions shall be implemented from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette Minister of Health The Chairman of Protecting and Improving the Fmviroument Council (Published in Alwaqai Aliraqiya (Ar.Edit) No. 3420 of 24-8-1992) ..
