(76) of 1986, and pursu.. ,i ant to the proposal of the Council of Protect ingand Improving the En~vironm.ent and with f the approval of the Vice - President of the Re Ipubllo · IWe ha~ decided the following : jI 1- CUtting the trees from natural forests and I pavements of the towns' streets, areas of gro I "ling trees and green belts or causing of the death thereof in a wilful form, shall be con sidered as an environmental contravention and the contravenor shall be punished acc ording to the provisions of Articles {.16) and (17) of the Law of Protecting and Im proving the Environment No. (76) of 1986. 2· TAis Deeieion ahall ~ enforced from the date of its publicatiOn in the OftiDle.l Qazette.
