(1) All Station House Officers of Pofice Department, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Adhikan Sahayak Engineer/ Prtldhan Yantrik, Uttam Adhlkari/Uttam Sahayak Englneer, Pradhan Adhlkart, /Pradhan Sahayak Engineer of Indian Coast Guard. (2) An Engineer no1 below the rank of Junior Engineer (Mechanical) In the Department of Fisheries, Andaman and Nicobar Administration, not below the rank of Assistant Marine Engineer 1n the Department of Shipping Services, Andaman and Nicobar Administration and en Engineer not below the rank of Service Engineer (Mech.) in the Fishe.ry Survey of India, Government of India. (3) "Fishery Officer' means an officer of the rank or Assistant Fisheries Guard, Sub­ lnspeclcr of Fisheries, Fisheries Inspector, Supdl. of Fisheries, Sr. FJSheries Inspector and Assistant FJSheries Development Officer in the Department of Fisheries, Police Officer of the rank of Head Constable, Asst. Sub-Inspector of Pofrce, Sub-Inspector of Police m the Police Department , Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Forest Officer of the rank of Head Forest Guard, Forester, Dy. Ranger and Forest Ranger in the Forest Department.
