S, 1940 SAKA) RARY ANA GOVERNMENT ENVfRONMENT DEPARTMENT Notification The 27 th August, 20 18 [Authof'lsed English Tra11slntio11/ No. S.O.56/C.A.6/1974/S.64/2018.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section (I) read with sub-section (2) of section 64 of the Water (Prcventi.on and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Control Act 6 of 19~4), the Governor of Haryana afler consulting the Haryana State Pollution Control Board hereby makes the followmg rules further to amend the Haryana (Prevention and Control of Water Pollution) Rules, 1978, namely: 1. 2. ~1'i1ese rules may be called the Haryana (Prevention and Control of Water Pollution) Amendment Rules, 2018. In the Haryaua (Prevention and Control of Water Pollution) Rules, 1978, in rule 22, in sub-rule (I), (i) after item A-V, fo llowing item shall be added, namely: "A VI Consent fee to establish projects/units covered under Haryana Bio-Energy policy 2018". (ii) After item B-VI, following item shall be added, namcly: "B VII Consent fee to be charged for 1 stand for subsequent year to operate projects/units covered under Haryana Bio-Energy policy 2018."
