NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 13 of the Andhra Pradesh Silkworm Seed and Cocoon Act 1956 ( Act No. 15 of 1956), the governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Silkworm Seed and Cocoon ( Control) Rules 1983 issued in G.O. Ms. No.1 01, Industries and Commerce ( SP&S) Department dated the 28th February, 1983 and as subsequently amended from time to time. AM ENDM EN T In the said Rules: (1) For the Table under Rule 6, the following shall be substituted, namely: SI.No Cateaorv of Licence Fee 1 Rearers including seed rearers Rs.25/ 2 Cocoon buying and Reeling a) Charka ( Single) Rs.50/ b) Cottage basin ( Single basin consisting of (six) Rs.250/ ends. C) Filature each unit Rs.500/ d) lrnoroved Rp.p. linn unit aach R<; 7'i0/ 3 Purhcase of Silkworm cocoons for reeling mulberry Rs.50/ or Tasar 4 Twistina unit each consisting of 120 spindles Rs.250/ 5 Issue of licneses to Private Grainages for Rs. 10,000/ preparation and selling of silkworm seed ( Cross Breed Disease Free lavinas\ (2) For the Table under Sub-rule (1) of Rule 7, the following shall be substituted, namely: SI.No Cateqorv of renewal Fee 1 Rearers includinq seed rearers Rs. 15/ 2 Cocoon buvino and Reelina a) Charka ( Sinale) Rs.25/ b) Cottage basin ( Single basin cons isting of (six) Rs. 125/ ends.
