I dated 0 I / 06/ 2004 and notifies as follows: 1 . Short Title and Commencement : [a] The se Rules may be called the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Marine Fishing (Amend m ent) Rules, 2010. (b) It shall come in to force y,.ith effect from the d ate of publication in the Official Gazette of Andaman and Nico bar Ad m in is tra tion , 2 .
