19451צו המקומות השמורים ליער (איסור עישון), (ד))5(עפ"י סעיף שם .1945. צו זה ייקרא צו המקומות השמורים ליער (איסור עישון), 1 איסור . לא יעשן אדם, או יגרום או ירשה ביודעים לכל אדם אחר כי יעשן,2 עשר-שהשהוא של כל מקום השמור ליער במשך התקופה שבין חמי-בחלק כל עשר בנובמבר מדי שנה בשנתה.-במרץ ושישה עונש . כל אדם, המפר כל הוראה מהוראותיו של הצו הזה, יאשם בעבירה,3 עשר חודש או לקנס של מאה לירה או לאותם-ויהיה צפוי למאסר של שנים כך אפשר יהיה לצוות עליו לשלם אותם פיצויים-שני עונשים כאחד, ונוסף על המשפט.-שנגרם כאשר יורה בית על הנזק .776, (א) 620, עמ' (ע) 2, תוס' 1945, 1425. ע"ר 1
