AGRICULTURAL FEES REGULATIONS (LINKAGE TO INDEX) (AMENDMENT NO.2), 5754-1994 Under the authority of Sections 22 and 23 of the Animal Diseases Ordinance [New Version] 5745 19851, with the approval of the Minister of Finance under Section 39B of the Budget Principles Law 5745-19852 and with the approval of the Finance Committee of the Knesset under Section 1(b) of the Basic Law: State Economy3, I hereby enact these Regulations: 1. Amendment of Schedule: In the Schedule of Agricultural Fee Regulations (Linkage to Index) 5741-1981, in place of Particular 43 there shall be substituted: "43.
