S.I. No. 33 of 1995. MARINE (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1995. The Government, on the request of the Minister for the Marine and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Marine (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1995. 2. The powers and duties of the Minister for the Marine conferred on him by or under the Acts specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to EAMON GILMORE, Minister of State at the Department of the Marine. SCHEDULE Fisheries Acts, 1959 to 1994, insofar as they relate to inland fisheries, aquaculture and the marine environment. Marine Institute Act, 1991 (No. 2 of 1991) Sea Pollution Act, 1991 (No. 27 of 1991) Dumping at Sea Act, 1981 (No. 8 of 1981) Oil Pollution (Civil Liability and Compensation) Act, 1988 (No. 11 of 1988) Pilotage Act, 1913 Harbours (Regulations of Rates) Act, 1934 (No. 2 of 1934) Harbours Acts, 1946 to 1976 Free Ports Act, 1986 (No. 6 of 1986) Dun Laoghaire Harbour Act, 1990 (No. 7 of 1990) Dun Laoghaire Harbour Act, 1994 (No. 19 of 1994) Foreshore Acts, 1933 to 1992 GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 24th day of January, 1995. This Order delegates to Eamon Gilmore, T.D., Minister of State at the Department of the Marine, the powers and duties of the Minister for the Marine under the Acts specified in the Schedule to this Order.
