The purpose of these Regulations is to implement Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 2010 on the indication by labelling and standard product information of the consumption of energy and other resources by energy-related products (recast). These Regulations amend the EU (Energy Labelling) Regulations 2011 (SI No. 366 of 2011). The amended Schedule 1 sets out the expanded list of products and associated EU measures which are transposed by these Regulations.
