No. 694 of 2007 EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (SEED POTATOES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2007 I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving effect to Council Directive No. 2002/56/EC of 13 June 20021, Commission Decision No. 2003/66/EC of 28 January 20032 and Council Directive No. 2003/61/EC of 18 June 20033, hereby make the following regulations— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Seed Potatoes) (Amendment) Regulations 2007. 2. A reference made in the European Communities (Seed Potatoes) Regu lations 1980 (S.I. No. 343 of 1980) to a Directive repealed by Article 29 of Council Directive No. 2002/56/EC of 13 June 2002 (“the Consolidated Directive”) is construed as a reference to the Consolidated Directive and should be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex V to the Consolidated Directive.
