No. 11 of 2008 EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (PHYTOSANITARY MEASURES) (BROWN ROT IN EGYPT) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2008 I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communi ties Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) for the purpose of giving full effect to Commission Decision No. 2007/842/EC of 6 December 20071, hereby make the following Regulations— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Phytosanitary Measures) (Brown Rot in Egypt) (Amendment) Regulations 2008. 2. The European Communities (Phytosanitary Measures) (Brown Rot in Egypt) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 261 of 2007) are amended, in Regulation 2(1) by the substitution for the definition of “Commission Decision”, of— “ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision No. 2004/4/EC of 22 December 2003, Commission Decision No. 2004/836/EC of 6 December 2004, Commission Decision No. 2005/840/EC of 25 November 2005, Commission Decision No. 2006/749/EC of 31 October 2006 and Commission Decision No. 2007/842/EC of 6 December 2007;”.
