No. 546 of 2007 EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (LABELLING AND MARKETING STANDARDS FOR POULTRYMEAT) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2007 I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communi ties Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving effect to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1029/2006 of 19 June 20061, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 814/2004 of 29 April 20042, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 81/2006 of 18 January 20063, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 433/2006 of 15 March 20064 and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2029/2006 of 22 December 20065, hereby make the following regulations— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Labelling and Marketing Standards for Poultrymeat) (Amendment) Regulations 2007. 2. The European Communities (Labelling and Marketing Standards for Poultrymeat) Regulations 2004 (S.I. No. 42 of 2004) are amended by— (a) the substitution in Regulation 2(1) for the definition of “ “Commission Regulation” of “ ‘Commission Regulation’ means Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 1538/91 of 5 June 1991 as amended by Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 2988/91 of 11 October 1991, Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 315/92 of 10 February 1992, Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 1980/92 of 16 July 1992, Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 2891/93 of 21 October 1993, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1026/94 of 2 May 1994, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 3239/94 of 21 December 1994, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2390/95 of 11 October 1995, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 205/96 of 2 February 1996, Com mission Regulation (EC) No. 1000/96 of 4 June 1996, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1072/2000 of 19 May 2000, Commission Regu lation (EC) No. 1321/2002 of 22 July 2002, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 814/2004 of 29 April 2004, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 81/2006 of 18 January 2006, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 433/2006 of 15 March 2006 and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2029/2006 of 22 December 2006;”, (b) the substitution in Regulation 2(1) for the definition of “Council Regulation” of— 1O.J.
