These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Enforcement) (Revocation) Regulations, 2008. 2. The following are revoked— (a) the European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Pesticide) (Enforcement) Regulations, 1995 (S.I. No. 135 of 1995), (b) the European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Pesticide) (Enforcement) (Amendment) Regulations, 1995 (S.I. No. 183 of 1995), and (c) the European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Pesticide) (Enforcement) (Amendment) Regulations, 1998 (S.I. No. 88 of 1998).
