These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2009. 2. The European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2003 (S.I. No. 83 of 2003) are amended, in Regulation 2(1), by substituting for the definition of “Directive of 1991” (inserted by the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) (Amendment) Regu lations 2009 (S.I.
