1. This Order may be cited as the Energy and Natural Resources (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2010.
2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources conferred on him— (a) by or under the enactments specified in Part 1, (b) by or under the provisions of the enactments specified in Part 2, and (c) under the Regulations made under section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) specified in Part 3, of the Schedule are delegated to Conor Lenihan, Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources.
3. The Energy and Natural Resources (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2009 ( S.I. No. 199 of 2009 ) is revoked.
