No. 165 of 2017 AVIAN INFLUENZA (PRECAUTIONARY CONFINEMENT OF BIRDS) REGULATIONS 2016 (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS 2017 I, MICHAEL CREED, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Avian Influenza (Precautionary Confinement of Birds) Regulations 2016 (Revocation) Regulations 2017. 2. The Avian Influenza (Precautionary Confinement of Birds) Regulations 2016 are revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 25 April 2017. MICHAEL CREED, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
