Regulation of Minister of Trade Number 31 /M­ DAG/PER/7/2010 concerning the Organization and Management of the Ministry of Trade; DECIDED: To stipulate: REGULATION OF MINISTER OF TRADE CONCERN ING STIPULATION OF FISH BENCHMARK PRICE FOR CALCULATION OF FISHERIES LEVY. Article 1 Fish Benchmark Price as regulated in the Regulation of Minister of Trade Number 13/M-DAG/ PER/5/2011 concerning Stipulation of Fish Bench mark Price for Calculation of Fisheries Levy, is stated as still effective as base for calculation of Fisheries Levy for period of 13 May 2012 up to 12 May 2013. Article 2 This Minister Regulation starts to take effect since 13 May 2012. For everybody to acknowledge this regula tion, ordering the promulgation of this Minister Regu­ lation to be placed in the State Gazette of Republic of Indonesia.
