Artide1 To amend several provisions in Decision of the Minister of Forestry Number 292/Kpts-IIjl995concerning Exchange of Forest Zone as amended several times and lately amended byRegulation of the Minister Forestry Num berP.38/Menhut-II/2008, as follows:: 1. Amend the interpretation of Artide 1 point 5 soas to read asfollows: Article1 5. Urnited public interest shall beinterestof the people between the need for public roads, waterduet, dam, reservoir and otherwater installation, cemetery, edu cational facilities, public safety fadlities, transmigra tion and placement of natural disaster victims which uses arenot for profit. 2.
