Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture of RI No. 93/Permentan/OT.140/12/2011concerning types of quarantine plant pathogenic organisms

GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS QUARANTINE PLANT PATHOGENIC ORGANIS.M (The Regulation of Minister of Agriculture of RI Number 93/ Permentan/OT. 140/12/2011 , 29 December 2011 ) BY THE GRACE OF ONE AND ALMIGHTY GOD THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE, Considering: 1 a. that by Decree of Minister of Agriculture Num­ ber 38/Kpts/HK.060/I/2006, it has been decided Types of Quarantine Plant Pathogenic Organisms Group 1 Category A 1 and A2, Group II Category A 1 and AZ, Host Plant, Carrier Media, and Dis semination Area; b. that based on result of risk analysis and result of monitoring on plant pathogenic organisms, there is status change of types of quarantine plant pathogenic organisms. c. that based on consideration as meant in point a and point b, it is necessary to re-regulate types of quarantine plant pathogenic organisms with Regu­ lation of Minister of Agriculture. Presidential Decree Number 84/P/2009 (BN No. 7875 page 13B-14B) concerning Formation of United Indonesia Cabinet II; 4. Regulation of President Number 4 7 /2009 (BN Number 7 927 page 2 B-1 2B) concerning Forma tion and Organization of State Ministry. 5. President Regulation Number 24/2010 concerning Positions, Duties, and Functions of State Minis try, as well as Order of Organization, Duties, and Functions of Echelon I of State Ministry; 6. Regulation of Minister of Agriculture Number 61 / Permentan/OT .140/10/2010 concerning Organi­ zation and Management of Ministry of Agricul­ ture; DECIDED: To sriplilate: REGULATION OF MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE CON­ CERNING TYPES OF QUARANTINE PLANT PATHO­ GENIC ORGANISMS. Article I (1) Based on their existence, quarantine plant patho­ genic organisms are categorized into quarantine plant pathogenic organisms category A 1 and quarantine plant pathogenic organisms category A2. (2) Quarantlne plant parf1ogenic organisms category A 1 are quarantine plant pathogenic organisms that are not found in Indonesia. (3) Quarantine plant pathogenic organisms category A2 are quarantine plant pathogenic organisms that are already found in Indonesia, but still lim­ ited and being controlled. Article 2 { 1) Based on plant quarantine action result through treatment, quarantine plant pathogenic organisms are classified into quarantine plant patf1ogenic or­ ganisms group I and quarantine plant pathogenic organisms group II. (2) Quarantine plant pathogenic organisms group l as meant at paragraph (1) are quarantine plant pathogenic organisms that cannot be freed from carrier media of quarantine plant pathogenic or oanisms (3) Quarantine plant pathogenic organisms group II d::i int:dnl al µara9raµh (1) are quarantine plant pathogenic organisms that can be freed from car­ rier media of quarantine plant pathogenic organ­ isms. Article 3 Types of quarantine plant pathogenic organ­ isms as meant in Article 1 and group of quarantine plant pathogenic organisms as meant in Article 2, as stated in the Attachment as inseparable part of this Minister Regulation. Article 4 Hereby the promulgation of this Minister Reg­ ulation, Decree of Minister of Agricult\Jre Number 38/ Kpts/HK.060/1/2006, concerning Types of Quaran­ tine Plant Pathogenic Organisms Group 1 Category A 1 and A2, Group II Category A 1 and A2, Host Plant, Carrier Media. and Dissemination ArRa, is revokerJ and declared null and void. For everybody to acknowledge this regulation, this Minister Regulation is promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
