CHAPT'ERIV COLLECTING Part One Registration and Data processing Article 5 (l)AgrictJltural and Forestry Service ;s obliged to pr0 cess dataabout objects andsubjects of levy as the initiaf data, which is compiled in the form of master data. (3)The, result of the updating of the master data as re ferred to in paragraph 2 is used asa base of calcuJa tlon of the planned revenuefrom Levy of Agriculture and Forestryservice. Pare Two StipUlation Article 7 Stipulation on the amount of Regional Levy by using the ticket as referred in Artide 2 paragraph 2 is conducted by doing the way as follows: a. levy Payer shan submit the i'Jopplicatfon as verbally or written. b. Thewritten applicationas referred to in letter a shall comeinto force specially for groups. c. According with the wtitten applicationas referred to in letter b is submitted to Head of Agricultural and Forestry Service to obtain the approval. d. On the approval as referred to in letter c, Agricul tun,1 and Forestry Service gives the ticket. e. Nominal value which is mentioned at the ticket is fUnctiOning equal with the stipUlatiOn. Artide 8 Stipulation on the ernount of Levy by using SKRO as referred in Artide 2 paragraph3 letter a is conducted by using the way as follows: a. Levy Payer fiN shall havf" tn suhmit the writtel'l ap plication to Governor in this case Head of Agricul tural and Foi'esby service to obtain treatment ser vice at Agriculture and Forestry field. b. According- to the appUe:ation of treatment service as referred b). In letter a, offlcer ofAgriculturaland for estry Service exec!UteS the calCtllation of the amount of Regional Levy which is owed according to the tariff as regulated in Regulation of Regional and poured in calCUlation note. c . c. calculation note as referred to in letter b is submit ted to Head of Agricultural and Forestry service or appointed functionary for the next obtained the ap proval. d. Sheet I (white), sheet 2 (yellow), sheet 3 (red) and sheet4 (green) are submitted to Levy Payer as a tools for paying Regional I-evy. b. Sheet 5 (blue) as file within the Agricultural and Forestry service as tools for controlling the pay ment. (2)Duedate of owedLevy payment which is mentioned at SKRD as referredin Artide 7 letter dafter30 (tllirty) days counted sincethe publishedof SKRD. (3)If due dati!ofpayment as referred to in paragraph 2 is fallen OR holiday, therefore the payment shaD lbe conductat least on ttle next working days. Article 10 The stiPufatiOn on the amount of Levy by USing SKRD of Position as referred in Article 2 paragraph 3 letter b is conducted with the followings way: a. If according to the Checking result, mat LeVy payer do not submit the application of treatment service. 14A tion in the form of fine amounting 100% (one hun dred percent) from the amount ohJlaln of owed Re gional Levy. d. Calculation and administration sanction as referred to in letter c is poured in calculation note. e. Calculation note as referred to in letterd, shall be submitted to Head of Agricultural and Forestry ser viceor appointed functionary to obtain theapproval. f. According to calculation note which has been ap provedas referred to in letter e, Headof Agricultural and Forestry SPrvice or appointed functionary next shall publish SKRD of Position. Article 11 (l)SKRD of Position as referred in AlticJe 9 letter f cov ers from 5 (five) doubled with the detalfsas follows: a. Sheet I (white), sheet 2 (yellow); sheet 3 (red) and sheet 4 (green) aresubmitted to Levy Payer as a tools for paying R,egJonal Levy. b.
