(2) The DirectorGeneral of foreIgn Trade under the name of the Trade Ministershall issue export approvals of pre shipment to the applications as referred to in Article 8 paragraph (3) for riceof premiumcategory. (3) The exportapprovals asreferredto Inparagraph (1) andparagraph (2) shall be issued no later than 5(five) working daysafter the applications have been received in a complete andcorrectmanner.
