Article 1 Suspending the imparl of poultry and poultry products from Japan and South Korea to the territory 01 the Republ"lc 01 Indonesia. Article 2 (1) The import of poultry and poultry products from Japan to the territory of the Republic of Indone sia as referred to in Article 1 can be done if they have been shipped before November 29, 2010, evident from Bill of lading. (2) The import of poultry and poultry products from South Korea to the territory of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 1 can be dune if they have been shipped before December 9, 2010, evident from Bill of lading. Article 3 The import of poultry and poultry products from other countries through transit or transhipment in Japan and South Korea can be considered after a team has conducted a risk analysis study. Article 4 The import of poultry products that have un dergone the phases of process to inactivate Avian Influenza virus can be considered after a team has conducted a risk analysis study.
