23A STIPULATION OF SURVEYOR AS PERFORMER OF VERIFICATION OR TECHNICAL TRACING OF RICE IMPORT AND EXPORT (Decree of the Minister of Trade No. 336/M-DAG/KEP/4/2008 dated April 23, 2008) WITH THE BLESSING OFTHE ONE AND ONLY GOD THE MINISTER OF TRADE OFTHE REPUBUC OF INDONESIA, Considering: a. that in the framework of exercising Article 11 sub-ar tide (3) of R.I. SEVENTH: The stipulation of the'Surveyors referred to in Dictum ARST does not eliminate the authority of the Trade Ministerto revoke, replace andadd other Surveyors as performers of the verification or technical tracingof rice import and export.
