THE CHANGE IN NAMES OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCES AND FORMULAS OF PESTICIDE {Decree of the Minister of Agriculture No.934/Kpts/TP.270/8/99 dated August 20, 1999) THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE, Considering : a. that decrees of the Minister of Agriculture on the registration and licensing of pesticide also stipulate names for the respective active substances and formulas of pesticide; b. that pesticide registration holders have submitted requests for changing the names of their pesticide active substances and formulas; 1 c. that in connection with the above matters, it is deemed necessary to change the n..imes of some pesticide active substances and formulas. , . !n view of: 1. Taking into account : The opinion of the Chairman of the Pesticide Commission in the letter No.416/Kompes/99 dated August 20, 1999. DECIDES: To stipulate : THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE CONCERNING THE CHANGE IN NAMES OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCES AND FORMULAS OF PESTICIDE. Article 1. The names of active substances and formulas of pesticide as contained in column 2 shall be changed into new names as listed in column 3 of the attachment to this decree. Article 2. The registration holders as meant in column 4 of the attachment to this decree shall be licensed to distribute and issue information on the pesticide for which they are responsible, as stipulated in Article 1 of the Decrees of the Minister of Agriculture No.541 /Kpts/TP.270/7 /96, No.09/Kpts/TP.270/1 /98, No.763/Kpts/TP.270/9/98, No.1033/Kpts/TP.270/ 12/98, and No.514/Kpts/TP.270/5/99. Article 3. Pesticide using the old names as meant in Article 1 shall no longer be imported and/or domestically produced. Article 4 .... Business !'Jews 6369/1-10-1999 2A Article 4. Pesticide using the old names as meant in Article 1 which has entered the territory of the Republic of Indonesia can only be distributed and used according to relevant provisions in force for a maximum period of 1 (one) year starting from the date of stipulation of this decree. Article 5. If the old pesticide products as meant in Article 1 within the period as meant in Article 4 are not used up, these products shall be taken out of the territory of the Republic of Indonesia or destroyed by their owners or the parties con trolling them, which is to be realised pursuant to relevant provisions in force.
