Considering DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE NO. 196IKPTSfI'N.260/3/1995 ; DATED MARCH 17, 1995 RE THE VmRIOVET VACCINE THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE, that with the production of a shrimp vaccine by Pusat Veterinaria Farma (Farma Veterinary Centre), it is deemed necessary to give a name to the vaccine by issuing a decree. Bearing in mind 1. Presidential Decree No. 44 of 1974; 2. Presidential Decree No. 15 of 1984 jo. Presidential Decree No.4 of 1990; 3. Presidential Decree No. 64001988; 4. The Decree of the Minister of Agriculture No. 560/Kpts/OT.210/81l990. To stipulate HAS DECIDED FIRSTLY SECONDLY THIRDLY To grant the name "VIBRIOVET" to the shrimp vacine produced by Pusat veterinaria farma for use against kunang-kunang disease, which is cased by Harvey vibrios. The distribution and application of the vaccine as meant in the First dictum shall be realised pursuant to the provisions in force. This decree shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
