MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE I ŠUMARSTVA Na temelju članka 11. stavka 1. točke 18. Zakona o veterinarstvu ("Narodne novine", broj 70/97.), ministar poljoprivrede i šumarstva donosi NAREDBU O PRESTANKU VAŽENJA NAREDBE O ZABRANI UVOZA U REPUBLIKU HRVATSKU I PROVOZA PREKO TERITORIJA REPUBLIKE HRVATSKE DOMAĆIH I DIVLJIH SVINJA I PROIZVODA PODRIJETLOM OD NAVEDENIH ŽIVOTINJA IZ SAVEZNE REPUBLIKE NJEMAČKE - REGIJA MECKLENBURG-VORPOMMERN I. Danom stupanja na snagu ove naredbe, prestaje važiti Naredba o zabrani uvoza u Republiku Hrvatsku i provoza preko teritorija Republike Hrvatske domaćih i divljih svinja i proizvoda podrijetlom od navedenih životinja iz Savezne Republike Njemačke regija Mecklenburg Vorpommern ("Narodne novine", br. 110/98). II. Ova Naredba stupa na snagu 19. listopada 1998. godine. Klasa: 322-01/98-01/71 Urbroj: 525-01-98-01/SŠ Zagreb, 19. listopada 1998. Ministar poljoprivrede i šumarstva mr. Zlatko Dominiković, v. r.
