MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE, RIBARSTVA I RURALNOG RAZVOJA 3012 Na temelju članka 14. stavka 1. točke 5. i stavka 16. stavka 2. Zakona o morskom ribarstvu (»Narodne novine« br. 56/10), ministar poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja donosi NAREDBU O LOVOSTAJU IGLUNA (Xiphias gladius) I. Ovom Naredbom određuje se lovostaj igluna (Xiphias gladius). II. Zabranjeno je loviti kao i zadržavati u plovilu, prekrcavati, iskrcavati, prevoziti, skladištiti, izlagati, stavljati na tržište i prodavati igluna (Xiphias gladius) u razdoblju od 1. listopada do 30. studenoga.
