MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE 1645 Na temelju članka 84. stavka 3. Zakona o biljnom zdravstvu (»Narodne novine«, br. 75/05 i 55/11), ministar poljoprivrede donosi PRAVILNIK O PRESTANKU VAŽENJA PRAVILNIKA O MJERAMA ZA SPRJEČAVANJE UNOŠENJA I ŠIRENJA ŠTETNOG ORGANIZMA – Anoplophora chinensis (Forster) Članak 1. Danom stupanja na snagu ovoga Pravilnika prestaje važiti Pravilnik o mjerama za sprječavanje unošenja i širenja štetnog organizma – Anoplophora chinensis (Forster) (»Narodne novine«, br. 31/13). Članak 2. Ovaj Pravilnik objavit će se u »Narodnim novinama«, a stupa na snagu danom pristupanja Republike Hrvatske Europskoj uniji.
