MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE I ŠUMARSTVA 3144 Na temelju članka 18. stavka 3. Zakona o državnoj potpori u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i šumarstva (»Narodne novine«, broj 87/02 i 117/03) ministar poljoprivrede i šumarstva donosi NAPUTAK O UTVRĐENJU MINIMALNIH PRINOSA PO HEKTARU Utvrđuju se minimalni prinosi po hektaru za proizvodnju u 2003. godini ispod koje korisnik ne može ostvariti pravo na poticaj, kako slijedi: Pivarski ječam 1,2 t/ha Soja 1,7 t/ha Suncokret 1,4 t/ha Šećerna repa 22,00 t/ha.
