MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE I ŠUMARSTVA 715 Na temelju članka 17. Zakona o sustavu državne uprave (»Narodne novine«, br. 75/93, 92/96, 48/99, 15/00, 127/00 i 59/01), te članka 60. stavka 2. Pravilnika o načinu i uvjetima provedbe modela poticanja proizvodnje, modela potpore dohotku i programa očuvanja hrvatskih izvornih zaštićenih pasmina (»Narodne novine«, broj 11/03), ministar poljoprivrede i šumarstva donosi NAPUTAK O UKIDANJU DOPUNE NAPUTKA U SVEZI DOSTAVE OBVEZNE DOKUMENTACIJE ZA UPIS U UPISNIK POLJOPRIVREDNIH GOSPODARSTAVA Ukida se Dopuna naputka u svezi dostave obvezne dokumentacije za upis u Upisnik po ljoprivrednih gospodarstava, klasa: 011-2/03-01/4, urbroj: 525-01-03-6 od 11. veljače 2003. (»Narodne novine«, br. 21/03). Ovaj Naputak stupa na snagu danom objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 011-2/03-01/4 Urbroj: 525-01-03-7 Zagreb, 25. ožujka 2003. Ministar mr. sc.
