MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE I ŠUMARSTVA Na temelju članka 17. stavka 2. članka 49. stavka 1. točke 1. i 5. Zakona o morskom ribarstvu ("Narodne novine", br. 46/97 - pročišćeni tekst) ministar poljoprivrede i šumarstva donosi NAREDBU O IZMJENI NAREDBE O VRSTI I KOLIČINI RIBOLOVNIH ALATA I OPREME KOJA SE SMIJE UPOTREBLJAVATI U GOSPODARSKOM RIBOLOVU NA MORU I U Naredbi o vrsti i količini ribolovnih alata i opreme koja se smije upotrebljavati u gospodarskom ribolovu na moru ("Narodne novine", br. 46/96 i 63/97) u točki II. u podtočki 8. podstavka pet mijenja se i glasi: "- ukupno do 500 udica plutajućih parangala;" II Ova Naredba stupa na snagu osmoga dana od dana objave u "Narodnim novinama". Klasa: 011-02/97-01/106 Urbroj: 525-01-96-2 Zagreb, 13. listopada 1997. Ministar poljoprivrede i šumarstva mr. Zlatko Dominiković, v. r.
