MINISTARSTVO POLJOPRIVREDE 771 Na temelju članka 9. stavka 1. točke 1. Zakona o morskom ribarstvu (»Narodne novine«, br. 81/2013, 14/2014 i 152/2014) ministar poljoprivrede donosi PRAVILNIK O DOPUNI PRAVILNIKA O PROSTORNOM I VREMENSKOM OGRANIČENJU OBAVLJANJA GOSPODARSKOG RIBOLOVA NA MORU OKRUŽUJUĆOM MREŽOM PLIVARICOM SRDELAROM U 2015. GODINI Članak 1. U Pravilniku o prostornom i vremenskom ograničenju obavljanja gospodarskog ribolova na moru okružujućom mrežom plivaricom - srdelarom u 2015. godini (»Narodne novine« broj 2/2015) na kraju članka 2. briše se točka i dodaju se riječi: »i u razdoblju od 1. svibnja 2015. godine u 12:00 sati do 31. svibnja 2015. godine u 12:00 sati.«.
