MINISTARSTVO ZAŠTITE OKOLIŠA I PRIRODE 2078 Na temelju članka 53. stavka 3. Zakona o održivom gospodarenju otpadom (»Narodne novine«, broj 94/13), ministar zaštite okoliša i prirode, donosi PRAVILNIK O IZMJENI PRAVILNIKA O GOSPODARENJU OTPADNOM ELEKTRIČNOM I ELEKTRONIČKOM OPREMOM Članak 1. U Pravilniku o gospodarenju otpadnom električnom i elektroničkom opremom (»Narodne novine«, broj 42/14 i 48/14) DODATAK 10. izmjenjuje se sljedećim: »DODATAK 10. OZNAKA O OBVEZI PREUZIMANJA EE OTPADA « Članak 2. Ovaj Pravilnik stupa na snagu osmog dana od dana objave u »Narodnim novinama«. Klasa: 351-01/14-04/37 Urbroj: 517-06-3-14-2 Zagreb, 27. kolovoza 2014.
